Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons.

Shipping Options:

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 days. Please refer to the checkout page for specific delivery estimates based on your location.

During holiday season we offer Upgraded Christmas Delivery. Select the Christmas Delivery shipping option in checkout to get your order by Christmas. Offer Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military Addresses, and PO Box Addresses.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse.

Note: Payment is captured when your order is placed.

Which days do you deliver packages on?

Most of our orders are delivered by FedEx Home Delivery and they do deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout.

Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.

I only received one item, where is the rest?

Only received part of your order?

If you have ordered a few items, we may need to fulfil your order from multiple locations – that way you don’t miss out on any of your items! This means we will pack and ship your items separately and therefore some items may arrive at a later date, even though you ordered everything together. We call this a split order.

How do I track the rest of my order? If your order has been split, you will receive an email with your tracking details for each separate delivery.

Please note: You won’t receive both tracking numbers at the same time as they will be dispatched separately, from different locations, which means different dispatch times.

If your order arrives and you’re missing one or more items, we recommend double-checking your emails to see if you’ve received any additional tracking numbers. If not, contact our Aloha Experience Team and we can provide you with tracking updates.

Do you guys offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping on OluKai.com. Customers are able to shop at these official OluKai international websites:

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
